What's a Falling Knife party without world-class barrel-aged beer releases? 365 Days of Incidents V has 3 absolute bangers coming out THIS SATURDAY.

First up, dive into the decadence of EXTREMELY FORTUNATE ONES, aged for a whopping 22 months in George Dickel 15 Year Barrels before we amped it up with hazelnuts, coconut, and whole vanilla beans. It culminates into a huge barrel-aged beauty with huge nutty, roasty, rich, fruity and slightly sweet aromas and flavors. You'll want to spend your time with this one.

When we made a Smoked Mole Imperial Stout for our 300th batch, we took some of that base beer and routed it into Woodford Reserve Rye barrels for barrel-aging. 19 months later, ANCIENT TERROR PULSE is born. We added pure raspberry puree and whole bean vanilla to create a mindblowing mix of tangy and sweet raspberry, rich vanilla flavor and just a hint of smoke.

We've already talked about Big Riff, but c'mon, look at that dope picture of the Chocolate-Covered Peanut Butter Pretzel Stout.

All of the 5th Anniversary specialty releases will be hitting the taps when we open at 1 on Saturday. Come celebrate 5 years with us at the block party, grab a pour of these limited-edition beers and soak in the immaculate vibes.
